Here's a CD I totally forgot about, but am sure glad I found again. Hailing from Norwich, UK, Latro! Fremo! bring a chaotic blend of passionate aggression and delay-soaked melody that's in a similar vein to Scotsmen Mesa Verde. This record was all recorded in the drummer of Math's bedroom, so you know it was made in very capable hands. I'm not even sure if these guys are still active, with most members going to University, but I really hope to see more things from them in the near future.

This is perhaps Spain's answer to a more meldodic La Quiete, though this record has enough of it's own hooks and interesting melodies to stand out, rather than just straight up imitate.
Admittedly I don't really know a great deal of Spanish bands (closest being Adorno, and they're Portugese!) but if there are more like Ciudad del Cabo out there I need to start digging around!
